The Practice of Creativity Facilitation

Beginning with a period of quiet meditation, participants are guided through a gentle yet thorough warm-up, in an atmosphere in which the body is regarded as a helpful friend. Our physicality is listened to with compassion and our strength and flexibility are encouraged with gentleness and good humour.

Cognitive enhancement practices are built into the movement sequences, such that enhanced access to creative thought is stimulated.

With the ground thus prepared, we have the opportunity to write and shape our text into narratives we move, sound and share, in these unique 2-hour sessions.

Individuals feel strengthened and supported as their creative expression is listened to with care and respect.

Groups work towards creating intimate performance events in which their spoken words, soundscapes and sequences of gestural movement can be shared with specially invited family and friends.
